Why is pricing not listed publicly?+
Because a published per-user price would be wrong for almost everyone. A 150-person single-entity company in Dubai and a 3,000-person group spanning UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar have completely different module, compliance, and migration needs. Rather than pad a list price to cover the worst case, we scope the requirement and quote it precisely.
What currency will we be quoted in?+
AED for UAE entities, SAR for Saudi Arabian entities, and QAR for Qatar. Multi-country groups can consolidate billing into a single currency of their choice.
Is there a minimum headcount or contract length?+
There is no hard headcount floor, and pricing scales with employees under management so smaller organisations pay proportionally less. Annual terms are standard; two and three-year terms carry preferential rates.
Is implementation charged separately?+
It appears as a separate one-time line in your proposal, but it is a fixed fee agreed up front, covering data migration, configuration, integrations, and training. We do not bill implementation hourly, and we do not raise change orders for scope we already agreed.
Can we start small and add modules later?+
Yes, and most clients do. The common path is HRMS and Payroll first, then recruitment, engagement, or operations once the core is stable. Modules added mid-term are pro-rated so your renewal date stays aligned.
Are AI features priced as an add-on?+
No. Amal AI is part of the platform, not a premium tier. The copilot, payroll risk scanning, predictive attrition, and document generation are included with the modules they belong to.
What happens at renewal?+
Renewal is at the agreed rate for your term. We do not apply surprise uplifts, and any change is discussed at least 60 days before the renewal date.
Can we get a trial or pilot?+
We run structured pilots rather than open self-serve trials, because payroll and compliance data need configuring to be meaningful. A pilot typically covers one entity or department, with a defined scope and duration agreed in the proposal.
